Following a fire, the homeowners set out to renovate their 2,600 sq. ft. residence in the Notre-Dame-de-Grâce neighborhood. The project called for opening up the ground floor, optimizing views and access to the backyard, maximizing natural light, and reconfiguring both the basement and upper floor to meet the evolving needs of the family.
