The owners wanted to reimagine the space in a way that would reflect their culinary creations\u2014both bold and timeless.<\/p><p class=\"\" data-start=\"399\" data-end=\"751\">The Appareil Architecture team redesigned the entire restaurant, from the kitchen to the bar, including the table layout and overall aesthetic. The challenge lay in striking a balance between old and new\u2014honoring the historic character of the space while incorporating contemporary elements that stay true to the soul of this beloved
