Located in the St-Roch district of Quebec City, this 25-seat restaurant occupies the space of a former snack bar. The venue caught the attention of Guillaume St-Pierre and his associates, sommelier Pascal Bussières and pastry chef Paul Croteau, who were looking for a place that embodied warmth and a sense of closeness.
