Inspired by the aesthetic of traditional gentlemen’s clubs, Bar St-Denis offers a warm and inviting atmosphere where shared plates and wine take center stage. Reflecting the spirit of the Petite-Patrie neighborhood, the space strikes a balance between refinement and conviviality.

The challenge was ambitious, as the location had operated as a bar for many years. Wanting to break away from the identity of the former establishment, the team at APPAREIL Architecture focused on materials like marble and wood to shape the bar’s unique character. Special attention was also given to the layout of the space, encouraging closeness and interaction between staff and guests.
