Appareil Architecture was commissioned to renovate the iconic fine dining restaurant Le Cloché Penché in Québec City. The owners wanted to reimagine the space in a way that would reflect their culinary creations—both bold and timeless.
The Appareil Architecture team redesigned the entire restaurant, from the kitchen to the bar, including the table layout and overall aesthetic. The challenge lay in striking a balance between old and new—honoring the historic character of the space while incorporating contemporary elements that stay true to the soul of this beloved establishment.
